Rentapad employs a multi-faceted approach to revenue generation, ensuring the platform's long-term sustainability and continued development. Our revenue streams are designed to align our interests with the success of the projects we launch and the satisfaction of our users.

Primary Revenue Sources:

  1. Initial NFT Sales:

    • The primary source of revenue is the initial sale of tiered NFTs.
    • These NFTs grant users access to IDO participation, the Rentapad Accelerator program, and other platform benefits.
    • The revenue generated from NFT sales is crucial for funding initial platform development and operational costs.
  2. NFT Marketplace Fees:

    • A small fee is charged on each NFT rental transaction completed on the Rentapad marketplace.
    • This fee contributes to platform maintenance, ongoing development, and ecosystem growth initiatives.
  3. Project Fundraising Commission:

    • We take a 5% commission from the funds raised by projects during their IDOs on the Rentapad Launchpad, capped at 50,000 USD per IDO.
    • This commission aligns our incentives with the success of the projects we launch and provides a recurring revenue stream to support platform operations.

Secondary Revenue Streams:

  • Collaboration Allocations:
    • For collaborations with other protocols, we may allocate up to 5% of the total IDO raise. This fosters cross-community engagement and generates additional revenue for the platform.
  • Team NFT Rentals:
    • After the initial NFT sale, the team mints 10% of the total NFTs. These NFTs are primarily used for collaborations with other platforms and may be rented out, contributing to platform liquidity and generating revenue.
